By accessing or using the website located at https://www.thefiscalfox.co (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) and to our Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

From time to time, we may describe or offer financial coaching services. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement with you, the Site itself does not facilitate paid purchases, and any coaching engagement will be governed by a separate agreement. We do not control or endorse third‑party services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.
