Hi, I’m Amy Anderson!

A woman with long hair working on a laptop at a desk, with a stack of books and a phone in front of her, in a modern office setting.

I’m the face (and brain) behind The Fiscal Fox—my passion project turned platform where I make personal finance feel less like punishment and more like empowerment.

By day, I’m a Managing Partner and investment advisor in Baton Rouge at BF Anderson & Company, the only father–daughter owned investment firm in the area. I manage portfolios, build growth-focused strategies, and cut through the industry’s BS one client at a time.

But this corner of the internet?
This is where I show up for you—the woman who’s smart, capable, and maybe just a little tired of being talked down to when it comes to money.

Through The Fiscal Fox, I help women in Baton Rouge and beyond learn how to invest, build wealth, and feel confident making financial decisions—without the jargon or intimidation.

I’ve been there: $35K in debt, emotionally maxed out, and wondering if I’d ever feel “ready” enough to invest. Spoiler: I wasn’t. But I got going anyway.

And that changed everything.

When I’m not decoding stock charts or working with clients as a Baton Rouge-based investment advisor, you’ll find me volunteering with senior horses & rescue animals, cheering on my friends’ businesses, or barefoot in overalls pretending I know what I’m doing in my garden.

Finance doesn’t have to feel foreign. With a little strategy and a lot of honesty, I believe anyone can build wealth—on their terms.

Let’s talk money like we talk everything else: real, raw, and radically supportive.
